Storm Damaged North Kingston Sunroom

The opened windows, all day while the residents were at work, in this sunroom permitted a driving rain to dump water on the hardwood flooring that soaked into the carpeted flooring and the wood wall panels. Our SERVPRO team can rapidly remove the water, place heated air movers and dehumidifiers for drying, and then spray an antimicrobial product for disinfecting the room. The Before Photo shows the sunroom just about dry; then the homeowner wished to have the room done over and we obliged with a remodeling plan that was accepted and executed, as shown in the After Photo.
