Basements often flood after torrential rains find their way inside, and the drains or sump pump is clogged or not functioning. We're Faster To Any Size Disaster, which means we mitigated the flood damage with a rapid extraction of the polluted water covering the concrete pad. SERVPRO team members can deploy several types of portable pumps to get down to the concrete, leaving just some contaminated mud and a damp pad. The After Photo shows the effort's result--clean and dry, and even disinfected with an EPA-approved product. We can deodorize the lingering odor from flooding with a light fogging and some strategically placed gel beads.
