Water Damage in Bathroom

Sometimes a leaky pipe can remain unnoticed for a long period of time. Long enough in fact to do major damage to the structure of a home. In this case, the leak was behind the wall of the bathroom and went unnoticed because underneath this bathroom was only a crawl space and dirt floor. Water seeped throughout the walls and into the floor joist for years before the smell of mold prompted the owners to call us to come and check out the problem. We were able to determine the source of the leak and then repaired the water-rotten floors and walls.
