Water Damage in Hallway

We encounter water damage all the time, but this instance was a little bit different than other disasters. Water had slowly been leaking for weeks from pipes in the utility room of the office building of a large boat yard where the damage occurred. What made this particularly strange was the tenants hardly noticed the water beneath their feet as the wet and rainy condition outside made it seem reasonable that the carpet located close to the entry way and boiler room would be a little wet. Eventually, the water made its way into the sheet rock and the mildew smell caused the secretary to call us in! Project came out great and we replaced the heating system as well!
